Before booking your pet's first integrative house call experience, we want to ensure our unique approach to bespoke veterinary care is aligned with your expectations, and that integrative veterinary care is the best option for you and your pet. 

Upon completing the new patient application below, we will reach out to schedule your first reservation.

Please note that our practice operates as a concierge service, meaning that our fees are inclusive of travel to your home, a comprehensive examination, consultation, as well as any and all recommended therapy modalities. Unlike the typical veterinary model, we do not charge additional fees for individual therapies or the amount of time we spend with your pet. We find this model truly places the focus back on our patients and their needs. 

Our fee for the initial house call and treatment is currently $450. Fees for your pet's ongoing care will be evaluated according to our tailored recommendations. The average fee for progress visits is $200.

In an effort to provide the highest quality care and attention to our established patients, new applicants may occasionally receive an offer for a position on our wait list.

 

Update May 2023: Thank you for the overwhelming response to our services! We are truly blessed with the opportunity to care for so many patients. We are currently accepting new patient applications for a position on our wait list. 

Also as of May 2023, we are unable to accommodate new patients outside of our normal service area. We appreciate your understanding.
